Using the bikes in Helsinki

Park only in marked areas

Always return and lock the bike at a marked parking area (shared with e-scooters). Locking the bike mid-rental outside marked areas is not allowed.

Take a photo

When you are ending your rental the app will ask you to take a photo of the bike and how it was left on the station. This is to be sure the city stays safe and clean for all of us.
